  • Not use our services for fraudulent, misleading, or illegal activities.

6. Guarantees

We are committed to delivering high-quality marketing results. Our clients only pay if they see results. We believe it’s unfair for our clients to take a financial risk, which is why we offer a zero-risk guarantee.

7. Liability & Indemnification

  • Vanguard Edge Solutions is not liable for any lost profits, business interruptions, or damages arising from the use of our services.
  • The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Vanguard Edge Solutions from any claims, damages, or legal fees resulting from their use of our services.

8. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to terminate services if:

  • A client fails to make payments.
  • A client violates these Terms.
  • There is a misuse of our services.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the Faroe Islands.
  • Any disputes shall first be resolved through negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be settled in Faroese courts unless the contract specifies otherwise.
  • If a client is based in the United States, they agree that disputes may be handled in a U.S. jurisdiction specified in the client agreement.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of our services after changes means acceptance of the updated Terms.
